Today I ran across this video clip of Michael Greenberg, a professor at the University of Maryland who is an expert in derivatives and the financial collapse. His explanation of the collapse of the housing market and its causes is fascinating if not depressing. He explains in some detail what derivatives are and how they contributed to our current condition as a country.
